The biggest impact on in-season Cross Country performance comes during the summer months.  Don't miss this opportunity to improve! 

  • Registration is $50 for the camp and includes:

    • Fee waivers for financial hardship are available at registration.

The pre-season Cross Country program for Middle School students will prepare them for the upcoming Cross Country season.     

We'll train: 

  • Endurance

  • Speed

  • Strength

  • Skill

  • Mobility/Flexibility

and learn running form + mobility routines that will keep them running injury.
